Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig 21st September, 1983). 21 in 1983) is a famous American actor. Most notably, she was the character Shannon Rutherford from ABC's Lost television show, and Kim Mills for the Taken Trilogy. After her parents' divorce her parents separated, she moved to Worthington Ohio in order to settle at Los Angeles. Though she struggled financially and in the beginning, she made her acting debut as Rachel's Room's main character. However the role she played as Rachel Dawes that brought her greater attention for her performance in The Dark Knight (2008). After her successful performance as an unmarried mother of Crazy Heart (2009), she received an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress. Following that, she went on to play in comedies and dramas like Nanny McPhee and The Big Bang (2010) Hysteria (2011), and The Won't Back Down (12). The other roles she played were a Secret Service agent in the action thriller White House Down (2013) a musician in the film Frank (2014) as well as the title role in the drama The Kindergarten Teacher (2018).
